Heather was absolutely incredible! Got my second tattoo here a little over a month ago and could not be happier. I am still amazed at the incredible amount of detail that Heather was able to include for the size of the tattoo. Not only was the tattoo itself wonderful and showcased incredible talent but the care she took in trying to make me as comfortable as possible is what makes Man's Ruin so special. Getting your ribs tattooed hurts, a lot, but Heather went out of her way to make it the least painful as possible and never made me feel bad about needing a minute breather.

The studio has moved and we are now located at 1085 Tunnel Rd Suite 2A Asheville NC. For some reason,this listing will not update and YP has created duplicate listings.

I am such a satisfied customer it is just ridiculous. I love this place. I've known about them forever, but have just been too broke. Today I walked in for a nostril piercing, and it looks great. Jen Sumo is such a professional and so much fun to talk to. Great prices. Very clean. They know their stuff. You should totally check them out!!

The staff at man's ruin made me feel very comfortable when getting my two piercings. They were next to painless and I appreciate all the aftercare advice I was given. All the staff is very professional and the shop's clean clean clean!

Professional, clean, quick and effective. So far I have only had experience here on the piercing side but Jenn is amazing. My rings are perfectly straight and after following my aftercare I have very little to no pain. The art on the inside of the building is also something to be seen. I will recommend this business time and time again.

I planned on this to be my last tattoo. It will not be after the wonderful work I received from Heather. I didn't even know I could get a tattoo this good at my age. ( I am 44) I thought only people in tattoo magazines got work this beautiful. The tattoo was custom made for me by Heather after meeting and getting a design together. It was important to be customized because this tattoo is for a very lived friend who passed. I am still in awe of the beauty of my work. I also must mention that I have been a nurse for over 20 years and Heather was so meticulous about proper technique. She was very attentive to remaining clean throughout the whole process. I have never seen anything like it outside the hospital. Needless to say anymore except I will be back for another and pass the word around. Oh,I also must mention that we had great conversations and just felt like I've known the girls working there for years. It was just great!

One of the best piercing places I've been to! The women are great and after going there I would not trust anyone else to pierce or tattoo me!

This is the best place ever! I went with my best friend and we both felt totally at ease as soon as we walked through the door. I will never go to another tattoo shop if I can avoid it. It was clean, friendly, had a good vibe, and the nicest people I've met in Asheville. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Best experience ever. I have been in 2 other shops before and they made me feel uncomfortable, for lack of better words, but the ladies at Mans Ruin were so nice to me and actually listened to what i had to say. I really didnt have a clue on my first tattoo and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was was just an all around great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone. Amazing shop,amazing work! Jenn and heather are so awesome and cool to be around. We had great conversations and work. My ear projects turned out so precise. I had a triple helix and industrial. The other ear has a conch,anti tragus and a daith. I had a consult with heather too about starting my leg sleeve. I can't wait. I have a few tattoos for her now and can't wait to cover my body. Love you girls! Oh,and my husband is next in line!

I went there to get my belly pierced. I was so happy untill it turned into a total nightmare. I got it done and paid good money for it. A couple a months later I was having to take it out becouse it was falling out. It streched so much that i could stick my pinkie in to it. the ball of the belly ring would slide thru. I desided to go to a diffrent place that does tattoos and body piercing and they told me that it had been done completely wrong that is when i found out that i was supost to recieve a booklet on ifromation about body piercings by the association for professional piercers that is great. so now i am going to have to pay agian to get my belly pierced but this time i will do it right.

Came to this shop for my tattoo and had a blast....fun atmosphere!!
