Great customer service! Was give estimate for repairs with options prior to repairs being done. Was also given completion time and repairs completed as promised. I'm new to this area and this shop has be come my go to place for all my truck needs.

They fixed my car up correctly. Too bad, even though they knew how tight I was on money, that they chose to charge me $20 more than they had just quoted. And that was after they went back and forth on how much they charge per hour as if it was an answer they wouldn't readily know.. I'll probably look elsewhere next time I need work on my car done.

I have been to many mechanics in Asheville.

These folks are by far the best I have encountered. They are honest and reasonable.

Good people, great prices, excelent work. Would recommend it to anyone in need of a good autoshop.
