Provided by YP.comI had such high hopes for this place. I placed an order to go which was ready when promised and hot. Good start so far. Got home and the $13 small pizza had the smallest amount of cheese I've ever seen on a pizza. I actually didn't think there was any but you could see a little where the pizza was sliced. The worst part was that the bottom crust was burned. Not a little, it was BLACK all over. Needless to say, I went hungry. Very disappointed especially when I can go to Marco's and get a pie for the same price that's large enough to feed three people.
I am upset you did not have a good experience. Our pizza at Pizzeria Ritrovo is not for everyone. It is neopolitan style pizza and is loved by many who are well traveled throughout Europe. Please try Nona Mia Italian Kitchen if you like American style "lots of cheeze and feed more for less". If you would actually call Nona Mia and give your name and number I would be more than happy to comp you a Nona Mia Pie as Nona Mia has donated to everything in town for advertizing and that is why we work so hard. My cell # is 828-242-3698 if you need it. Marco's pizza is good, but a totally different style. I know because I was a long time customer and did massive word of mouth adverizing for them. If I may make a suggestion, Please give a small business owner who buys local as much as possible, donates to the community, and provides jobs and local taxes a chance to make things right first as many of us do care if our customers have a good experience and will do something to make things right if we know.
