They had 2 pair of my shoes for 4 months. Every few weeks they would give me a new date to pick them up. Every time I would come in, they couldn't find them [even with the ticket stub]. Finally, after 4 months I told them I was coming to get them on a particular date and time. When I got there, I waited 10 minutes for them to find them. And they still weren't fixed.

DO NOT GO HERE unless you're ok with possibly never seeing your shoes again!!! They have had my shoes for over one year. I go in monthly to try and pick them up and they have clearly lost them...but keep telling me they will keep looking and to come back later. I'm starting to give up hope. If I ever get my shoes back, it will be a happy day.

They seem nice enough, but the quality of work I've had done has not been good. The most recent was a pair of shoes that needed a new half-sole. The job looked good, but within a couple of days, the glue did not hold and the sole was peeling off. They were very nice about re-gluing the sole, but after a short time the sole began to peel off again. It was a complete waste of my money and time. I am also concerned about the toxic fumes and lack of air circulation in their tiny shop - it can't be good for anyone's health there.
