Provided by YP.comThe only place I have gone that understands my curly hair! Always a pleasure and a treat.
Thanks, Karen! It's a pleasure for us to have such wonderful customers like you who that keep coming back to us over the years. We especially love our curly haired clients too!

Provided by YP.comFifteen minutes before my appointment the stylist cancelled on me. I had already left work and arranged for child care. As much as I hate to write poor reviews I was unhappy with the way the stylist and the salon handled the situation, it was as if my time was totally worthless.
We realize that your time is valuable, and should be respected. We are so sorry for this inconvenience, and hope that we can make it up to you by scheduling another appointment. Our stylists are independently contracted, and this means they make their own schedules. Because of this, I would hate for your one bad experience with one stylist to reflect the attitude of our salon as a whole. In addition, our stylists are all very honest and hard working, and they would not have canceled last minute if they did not have a valid reason (sick, emergency situation, etc). Please accept our apologies, and we hope that you will come back and let us make it up to you with a fresh new cut! Thank you for your input!

Provided by YP.comSalon Intuition is a great experience for a reasonable price. One of my best friends went to get her hair attended to before her wedding- and despite the fact that all of her bridesmaids(including myself) were running late, Chad, one of the stylists, was there and ready to rock. She looked stunning, several of the girls got GREAT manicures, and I enjoyed myself thoroughly. I looked pretty damn good myself, too. Everyone has a bad day- everyone. But you won't have a bad hair day if you visit Salon Intuition.

Provided by YP.comI'm surprised to see the two negative reviews on here because I've been a loyal fan of Chad's for the past 11 years. I met him at L'eau de Vi and then followed him to Clay to Wink to his newest home, his very own Salon Intution. I've lived all over the world and have had my hair cut and colored by the stylists in some of the most style-conscious cities in the world (including Kim Kardashian's stylist in NYC) and I can genuinely say that I have never found anyone as talented as Chad.
I currently live 8 hours away from Asheville (where I grew up), but I still make the trek back every few months to go to Chad. If he were in any major metropolitan city, you can be sure that you'd have to book months in advance and you'd also be paying hundreds and hundreds for his talent. I've sent many of my hometown friends his way over the years and now they too board planes to see him before they let anyone else touch their heads.
He's an artistic master with a truly kind soul and if he's ever running late it's because he cares genuinely about making every client feel great about his work. He will take the time to do precise, quality work whether you're a new client or a veteran like myself. For that I will always return to him and I will gladly wait a few extra minutes because I know he will give me the same care and attention. I get compliments on my hair all the time. I can't recommend him highly enough.
