Chef Lars, You're an idiot! I've been coming to Asheville TRH for several years now, and have never had a less than EXCELLENT meal. I build custom homes and I would never write a bad review about another builder. My dad always said, " If you don't have something good to say about another, best to say nothing at all ". Disappointing

As a retired Chef I was disappointed. Several mistakes in cooking. I ask for Prime Rib cooked rare. Received medium. Ran out of Prime Rib so offered a rare Rib Eye steak. Again cooked medium. They offered to bring a fresh Rare Rib Eye. Ok it arrived rare but so over salted that I could not eat it. I think the grill cook was getting even with me. Very noisy and a general aire of confusion by very young servers. Bartender served me yesterday's wine. Yuck. Not a good night. This was my second visit and was even worse than the first. Rated 2 Star and $$$ by ChefLars.
