Do not go here!! Absolutely the worst I have ever been treated by a business. The ignorant owner tried to intimidate me into selling my items when I declined his offer. Then cussed me and tried to provoke a physical confrontation! Terrible experience.

Offer was 50% less than scrap value. The man in the store was very rude when I declined the offer. He said that I needed to pay for their time.He said that I needed to know what I had before I came in the door. Which is the opposite of their ad. I did know what I had that is why I knew the offer was too low. I will never enter that door again. This was not the first time, but it will be the last. There is another store 2 miles up the road that pays more and is very curteous.

first time selling gold and was prepared to fight for a fair price. I came in well prepared with the actual value at the market rate and received 75% which was more than I expected based on reading several articles about selling it.. There was no fuss, took five minutes, and was pleasant. I decided to go based on BBB rating of A- with no complaints.

Best offer of three places visited by 15% over the next best offer.
