Love it love it love it! Signed a 2 year lease. Love the big bathtubs and all the granite.

Love the heated pool, just wish it was a little bigger but I guess since it stays open all year they can't afford to make it too big lol. Also love the sauna.

Most of the reviews are right on especially the noise levels through doors and ceilings. You hear absolutely everything in the hallways. I mean everything! Interestingly enough while reading all of the reviews here in YP, there were 6 wonderful critiques on the same day following a negative critique...hmm...I'm sure you get the idea. I'd question the validity of those. The complex has a dog park. There is poop everywhere as tenants do not bother to pick up after their dogs even in the dog park. The front office staff (current reputation of staff is pretty poor among my neighbors). Don't get on the bad side of them. Anyway, the front office put out that if a tenant video tapes another neighbor not picking up poop, they will be paid $200.00 off their next rent payment. This is pitting neighbor against neighbor. They also have signs stating a $250.00 fine for smoking inside the foyer areas. If your looking for effective communication with the front office here, good luck. They are terrible. Would I recommend to anyone to live here? No.

Great apartments, great neighbors! The office staff is the best I've ever seen. I have lived all over the southeast in apartments, so I know what I'm talking about. The maintenance can be slow at times, but they get to you and they do a very good job. The grounds are really well kept, even in the winter when most places seem to let things go. My apartment is larger than what I'm used to and the windows are huge letting in a ton of light. I recommend the Lofts, especially for single women who are concerned about safety.

Just have to let everyone know how wonderful the lofts at Reynolds village are. Great place to live. Been here one year and everyone is so Great Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Love the dog park and thanks for allowing all sizes of dogs. Feels safe and my kids love it too. So quiet and everyone is respectful of your personal space.

Moving to The Lofts was one of the best decisions I ever made! The community is dog friendly, which is extremely important to me, my apartment is beautiful and the YMCA is on-site. I visited the newly opened palates studio the other day and was very impressed....I can't wait to be able to shop at the gourmet market that is opening soon. Everyone has been so welcoming at The Lofts and I highly recommend checking it out.

As a single mom I couldn't be happier with my apartment. Safe, close to work - I work downtown so 10 minutes if you take Merrimon - and school is on my way there so it's perfect. Neighbors are all really nice, building is secure, and it's in a great area. No complaints.

Worth every penny, especially with the $100 off special I got for signing my lease in September. Apartments are spacious, noise is MINIMAL (c'mon people, it's an apartment for Pete's sake) and as far as I know they're the only complex in the area that doesn't have a 35lbs weight limit on pets.



The staff is friendly and they're around all the time, even during odd hours. The dog park is awesome and there's lots of green space and places I can take my dog, and doggy waste receptacles everywhere that are ALWAYS well stocked with bags and (I think) emptied every day. If you have a pet this is the place to be.

I've been here for over a year and just renewed my lease. I've read the complaints and I think they are way off base. The staff is great and really helpful. The construction is finished, but it wasn't a secret that the place was still under construction when I moved in. I got a great rent incentive and it was worth it to me. I don't really hear my neighbors unless I'm in the hallway, and I do hear footsteps above - but that seems normal to me in an apartment. I LOVE the hallways, btw. It feels like I live in a luxury hotel. I'm a member at the Y here, which is very convenient. I am looking forward to the stores opening soon. We are even getting our own grocery!

Noisy buildings you can hear every footstep of your neighbors constant constructiion noise ....Poor management.... I moved out.....
