The Sandwich Company is a fantastic place to eat when I'm in Asheville NC. Despite its size, it serves up a big menu. The food is excellent and not too expensive- it fits my budget and taste. The chilli is wonderful, filling, tasty. The owner, Dennis, and the chef are professional and friendly. Being on the side street of the BB&T makes the restaurant have an at home feeling. It's up scale yet down home. If your wanting a very good breakfast reasonable price, this is the place. Some of the menu changes daily but there are the tried and true. He caters too. I eat there everytime I'm in town.
