Bought a dryer yesterday, got it home, and discovered it did not produce any heat. My husband then went back to exchange it for a working one. Brought home the second dryer, same problem. Went back a THIRD time, and STILL, the same thing!! They said they would send a technician out, but honestly, it's ridiculous to have to wait on a repair appointment before using an appliance for the FIRST time. At this point all I want is to get my money back and buy a dryer from someone who actually tests their merchandise, but they refuse to do refunds. This is a predatory business, who intentionally sells broken goods. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
