Reuter Family YMCA offers a range of support services for children and families. It organizes parent's night out parties and offers swimming lessons. Reuter Family YMCA partners with CarePartners Health Services and the Mountain Area Child and Family Center. The organization provides opportunities to learn kayaking, scuba diving and canoeing. It offers yoga, cardio kickboxing, and group cycling and exercise classes. Reuter Family YMCA also provides Pilates and muscle pump classes. The organization operates THE COACH APPROACH program and leaders club. In addition, it offers water fitness classes. Reuter Family YMCA is a part of the YMCA of Western North Carolina.
