Usually the foods not bad here. They usually get a simple order wrong but thats normal. Today there was big DUST balls in my bag. We had 2 orders and we didnt take everything the bag at once so we didn't notice til after we ate the fries. Then I seen it, DUST. I will be checking from now on and I will be going there less. Also a few weeks ago we paid for a frappe. The machine was down and the cashier was unaware so she didnt tell us. Another lady gave us a regular cup and told us our next visit to tell them. I went back to the cashier to pay for the regular drink and get my extra money back from the frappe. The cashier refused to give it back and said we could get the frappe the next visit like everyone who works there knows we get a free frappe! (Sarcasm) Considering theres always different people working the front when we go, Im not even bothering with the hassle of asking for it because Im sure we wouldnt get it.

Always get special orders wrong, fries are usually cold, and staff seem to have an attitude problem with customers. It's not the customers fault the staff chose a job in fast food. There are too many real cafes and restaurants with awesome food to waste money at this place. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! THEY ARE UNCLEAN AND RUDE!!!
