This gym environment isn't like any other I've been in before. Everyone is like a big family. It's a lot of fun and very laid back. There is structure so it's keep clean and tidy and people respect the gym edict so it's maintained professionally. There is a wide variety of members from people who are just starting out to the more advanced. They have amazing trainers that truly care about what they are doing and have a passion for it. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!!
