Provided by YP.comAbsoulty horrible Apartments! They change the rent date every other month and expect you to pay the late fee. They can't keep a maintenance guy for anything. Pool is always closed. I had water coming from my living room ceiling and was told to put a bucket under it! Until the ceiling fell through of course. But the full fix still hasn't been fixed after this was over two years ago! Sycamore place manager was told by the INSPECTOR to fix it! TWICE and they still haven't fixed it yet. Stove was broke for at least 4 months and I was told because I did have ONE burner working... MAIN toilet was out longer than that. But if your 5 minutes late on rent you get your late change. Even if Sycamore changed the date with notifying you about it. There are fights often along with theft. Drugs sold and done in the middle of the day on porches. I helped a woman overdosed out of the middle of the parking lot last summer. Im moving out after Ive been there for 5 years.... No pool 80% of the time, no maintanince, no managing worth a dollar, no caring of a single person renting and only your money matters to them.

Provided by YP.comI have a 3 bedroom here and have lived here 2 different times. I love it! The apartment complex is small but they have a pool, an exercise room, and a clubhouse that we can use for birthday parties. I can walk my dog in the "park" next door..well actually it is a big open field with pine trees surrounding it. I have seen deer and turkey there. The rent is not cheap but it is reasonable, less than $800 for my apartment. I think the office staff goes out of their way to be helpful. They always have a big smile and seem to really care about what happens around here. They have had a couple of "lazy" maintenance workers, but they were not here very long. I recommend this place for anybody that wants a nice place, not overly fancy, not too pricey, close to everything without the traffic.
My only complaint is lack of high speed internet in the area, but I think ATT is working on that now. Yahoo!

Provided by YP.comThese apartments are not well kept very run down ..I am a resident there now they have mold growing all around the buildings inside an out the managers there is not very concern with letting the residents know how to get in touch with home office to let them know whats going on were always advise to be on our best behavior an clean our apartments so if home office does make a trip out there its clean our maintence guy is awful does a poor job hardley ever see him , and our wonderful mrs carol in the office always have an attitude like she owns the building I think these apartments can be better in our residents voices are heard
Our apologies that you feel that way. Our residents ARE our business and we always try to take their concerns seriously. The current staff takes pride in this community and our residents. It is a GREAT place to call home! Regarding the mold. There have not been incidents of "mold" as much as mildew in window sills. This is caused by condensation and no air circulation in that area. An easy fix is keeping blinds open to allow air to circulate and open heavy draperies periodically. If there are or were any mold issues, they would be handled promptly and professionally. Reminders of policies and lease terms are sometimes necessary, but we do so in such a way as to not cause embarrassment to anyone that may have been negligent with cleaning or other items covered in the contract. Our grievance procedure is posted in the office and every lease has the home office phone number included. We strive to make your home wonderful!
