I just spoke with a gentleman at the store and I had a complaint about the straw we recently purchased. What I thought would be an open conversation turned out to be the most disrespectful conversation and attempt to resolve a customer complaint. I have never faced a situation like this and I am absolutely flabbergasted at the customer service I received. I remained as calm and collected even as the gentleman laughed at my concern several times. I may not be one of your big clients by any means but I am just so disappointed. We always try to buy from locally owned places and have heard great things about Ashland millings and this wasn’t my first purchase with you all. Even at my work we have used your products throughout my tenor but after the conversation I had with the gentleman and the service received I hesitate future purchases. At this point it’s not even my initial issue I had with the straw, it’s just the utter disrespect I received. Again I apologize for reaching out like this but I just felt like I needed to be heard.
