Not recommended if you need something simple done. They make a mountain out of a mole hill in order to charge you more.

HORRIBLE! called in just to get a tooth extraction. They basically told me .. sorry cant do that.. come in .. we will do everything we can to run your insurance up then schedule you for another day to pull a tooth.. Reception was not very friendly and just wanted me off the phone. Made me feel like she could give two cares less if I came in or not.. What do you expect from a huge company.. I will go to a private owned company.

I am VERY dissatisfied with Aspen Dental. Don't believe the emergency dental care crap. False advertising at it's finest!!! I had a tooth ache for 5 days and the soonest they could get me in was 2 weeks away. I would NEVER refer anyone to go there. I will tell ALL my friends and family about their sorry service. My star rating for this company was LESS than 1 but that was NOT an option.

Amazing staff, they made me feel welcome and helped me pay for everything!

The staff is very friendly & polite. They have evening & weekend appts making it easier to get in. They are also very helpful when it comes to payment arrangements...highly recommend to every one!!

I have been a patient of aspen dental for quite a while and have always been satisfied with the care and concern shown by the employees and Dentist. I had a tooth removed a few days ago, and was dreading it very much. When I showed up they put me to ease and the whole experience went smooth...thanks Aspen....

I tell all of my friends about aspen dental. i needed my wisdom teeth taken out and some other things done and i wasn't able to afford anywhere else. not only did aspen give me a payment plan but i was able to be seen on a saturday so it was great with my work schedule.

Went to Aspen in Ashland the other day for an exam and a cleaning. Everyone there was very nice and professional, I didn't know if they could do my cleaning the same day, but they had an opening and were able to work me in. This was great because I rarely get time off work for these sorts of things. I would definitely recommend Aspen to my friends. Thanks Aspen Crew!

I went to aspen dental in ashland because i was having a severe toothache. I went in thinkin i needed to have them all pulled bc my teeth were so bad. Instead the lady dentist told me i can save them. I cant believe they can make my mouth better again. The finance lady helped me to get what i needed based on what i can afford. I recomend them everyone!!! Thank you to the ashland staff!

I just went in with a 4-day-old toothache. The lady behind me had a broken tooth that was cutting her mouth. We both walked out with appts for 2 weeks away. False advertising.
