I was given a Dr's appointment for August 27th by the owner of the center, pending going to an assessment. (Was told by owner you could do the assesment anytime, no appt needed) On Aug 24 I called to see if I could do an assessment. The office workers at HOH informed me that you DO infact have to schedule an appointment for an assessment. I shrugged it off as a misunderstanding and went to my scheduled assessment. (which ironically was scheduled for the 27th) When I walked in the office the owners looked at me with a puzzled expression and asked why I missed my Dr's appointment. I responded and explained the mix-up. I paid my 50 dollars and was given an appointment the following Wednesday Septemeber 2nd (today) at 4PM in Ashland. On Tuesday, Septemember 1st I had a missed call from HOH. When I called back I reached HOH's wonderful office workers. I was told it was a verification call for my appointment on 9/2 at 9AM in Huntington? I informed the girl that I could not confirm because the information was incorrect. I tried explaining mine and the owner's prior plans but it fell on deaf ears. When I tried to explain further, I was hung up on. Hanging up on someone in a business setting is extremely unprofessional, However I remained polite and called back. I was able to find out I did have an appointment but it was not at 4pm and it was not in Ashland,KY. HOH claims to have told me my appointment was in Huntington but gave me no directions or even the name of the DR? So after TWO mistakes on the clinic I still tried to reschedule a third appointment. I was told it would not be for 3 weeks but even though I hadn't seen the DR, I still had to do 3 25$ groups leading up to my appointment. At that point I felt I had had enough and decided to look for help elsewhere.

This place completely changed my life! I was a complete and utter mess, addicted to pain killers, and had nothing but the clothes on my back! To now 4 years later, clean as a whistle and a productive member to society!
If you are in the same boat I was in 4 years ago, defiantly go see this place
