Owner is rude & unwillingly to help. Mart literally avoided me by driving off on 2 separate occassions leaving me in the parking lot. Refused to take a Payment then repossed my car. Cannot sale cars on weekend's or take payments because salesmen have not been trained in that department. Unwillingly to admit their crooked business ways.

I should never have written a review in anger I should still bless those who are not kind to me and give credit where credit is due . The lady who does paperwork is one of the sweetest ladies in this area and the man they hire for repairs is kind and knows what he is doing hopefully they can help us fix the problems with it we r in the market to get a second vehicle hopefully we can deal with someone nicer and then we can get another car through them .. I shouldn't let one person ruin it I am going to give them another chance hopefully can fix issue maybe even continue the business relationship

All smiles if you want a car, run for the hills if you return there with a problem. Customer service is down in the very bottom of their priority list , especially for the younger guy. Rude and aggressive on phone, stood waiting for help and eventually chased someone down thirty minutes with a five year old and one year old sweating in car, only had two months car. It's our only car and couldn't give a rats you know what. What goes around, comes around. Don't get your car here if you are a hard worker with a family. If you want terrible customer service and love wing talked to like you are a nobody, this is your place !

they work hard to get you the best deal

I had olny $15.000 and the car lot was willing to work with us. And they had a big heart. And cared about us more than the money. The gentelman helping us was friendly and HONEST. The lady doing paperwork was sweet and verry caring. Id recomend this lot to anyone. There great!!!
