This company has no clue on how to TEACH. The instructors read an outline of the chapters, run videos for the students to watch,. and expect the students to learn the material on their own. Assignments are not checked for correct answers, they are checked off as done. You have no idea if you have the correct answer or not. The final skills tests are easy to pass because the instructors tell you ahead of time which skills you need to memorize and which ones you will not be tested on. If you do pass the national registry, the CEO will hire you immediately because he cannot keep employees. Stay far, far away from this bipolar run company.
The equipment on the units is so filthy that I don't understand how they pass tri-state inspections. Once you do use an item, it is a chore to get it replaced. Each unit is to be stocked every morning, and again at the end of your shift. Management is gone by 5 p.m. so you are out of luck restocking until the following morning.
