I rated this business with two stars because although the property is nice the management of this business is a psychotic and vindictive person. She is fake and will smile and wave at you however, if you complain about anything that has to do with her performance in running the place she will stop at nothing to make it hell for you there and go as far as to evict you without cause. I've seen where people have asked who the owners are so that they can complain. His name is either Fred Barnes or Fred Burns. Google it and let him know what kind of loser he has running his business! Don't live there!!!!!!! Also, they go into the apartments while you are gone and snoop!!!!! I've found evidence of it in my apartment!

I agree with the other posting, these are the best apartment in the area (however if you drive 20 min further you could find as nice or better), but still I would not recommend. The managers are rude, and I heard a bizarre story from another tenant about dealings with them. The apartment’s themselves are mostly rented by people who work at one the hospitals. Overall the apartments are decent to look at, but upon closer examination it is just appearance. The paint is cheap and rubs and scratches very easy. The appliances are mid to low range in quality and the chandelier looks like it came from the dollar store. In addition after I moved out they took a bite out of the security deposit even though I left the place spotless (unbelievable). Avoid the place if possible, best bet is to buy or rent a home (places are really cheap) or drive a little further and find a better place.
