A lot of people use this "Y" and think it's great, and perhaps it is for the services that they need. I speak specifically to their "Youth Programs". Caveat Emptor! Their flyers advertise a number of services such as Karate, or Basketball, etc.; these were used in my case as selling points for membership at the Y. However, once the sale was made, the check written and cashed... then it was revealed that these programs were either non-existant (Home School P.E.), or had severe or outrageous restrictions (no child over 9 for Basketball, no children without previous martial arts experience in Beginning Karate). Repeated calls to the Athletics Director were never returned; I was told frequently that the Director was "very busy". This organization proved to be a heinous waste of time and money.
