Friendly staff but these guys do not do grooming

Awesome place!! My pup, Abbigale-Francis loves, loves, loves, Camp Canine!! Just have to say, "Camp" "Time to go to camp..." and she begins her happy dance and then spins her way out the door to the car! She cannot wait to get inside, "Drive faster Mommy, run the yellow lights, I want to go play and see my friends...." happily yelped from the back seat as we cross the Hopkinton-Ashland line...You won't regret bringing your baby there. CC is well established in the community. The staff does not use aversives when the dogs become mischievous(like my dog, heheh), but positive redirection when necessary. When a dog does their "happy wee-wee" upon seeing the counselors, they don't get bent out of shape, but deal with it professionally and with a sense of humor! The facility is clean, well maintained, well controlled interior climate, good staff/canine ratio, well trained staff who enjoy there jobs, listen to and respond to client concerns/questions, and provide excellent customer service. Used to take my dog there for boarding. The last time was over the winter. They sent her home with an open wound on her neck (which they covered up by putting her coat on over it). When I called upset about it they said we must have sent her in that way--like we wouldn't notice a gaping wound on her neck. They completely denied anything happening to her there. I know accidents happen when it comes to dogs, but they were really awful about the handling it. Be warned.

Very clean facility, wonderful staff, highly recommend this facility for both boarding as well as daycare. My dog can hardly wait to get there, all I do is mention the name "Camp Canine"!

This place is great! They love my dog and he always comes home exhausted with his tongue hanging out!
