Absolutely a predatory company. Took my friends car without any warning while she was parked in a a spot reserved for guests.

Worst experience ever, the gay towed my car and he opened the door which he was not suppose to do and stole 40$ from my car, when I asked him he said no one opened the door but I have a smart security system installed which tells me if the door was opened or not, and I got the notification on my phone that tells me that the door was opened.I called the police and the case is under investigation now. bad service, not honest at all, never recommend dealing with them at all.
