Bill & Kim Martin D/B/A Martin Properties LLC appear business like and profession at first impression. Their upkeep and lack of response to property problems is incredibly poor. Upon termination of lease, do not expect a return of your deposit without confrontation. Their business has been reported to the attorney general and BBB.
