This place is very friendly to smokers...of all kinds... Regularly light up outside and have never been busted.

This was my home for 3 years and every year the price went up without reason. With the price going up you would think they would update amenities etc. but the truth is you are lucky if they plow / shovel snow for you. When you pull in you will see signs that say 24 hr video surveillance and it is a complete joke. A family member of mine was visiting over night and her car was broken into and 60$ was stolen. Her car was right by a sign that said 24 hr surveillance, when we went to look at the video, management showed us that the cameras are only by the pool and that there was nothing they could do. Lastly, When you hand in your security deposit know that you will be lucky to not owe them money when you move out. There are some very friendly people that live here, and the location is great other than that I would be looking elsewhere.

Apartments are decent for what they are (cheap cookie cutters, but with best amenities in Ashland) But maintenance is most unprofessional I've ever dealt with living in about 5 different apartments for the last 10 years. Totally rude, deflects blame, and very untimely. My apartment flooded TWICE in the short time I was there. One time the (emergency?) maintenance wasn't there for over 2 days and I had to tend to the disaster by myself. The second time I had to call of work and all they did for me was give me a fan. what a joke

My elderly mother lived here. She kept complaining about the dampness in the apartment. Mait said it was because she didn't run her air conditioner and had her windows open. She is elderly and has thin skin. She likes her windows open in the summer. Mait said she had to run her air conditioner. He came in and turned it on and froze her out. He is a very rude person and should never be able to speak to people the way he does. Moms apartment got mold in it. Again he blamed her for it. REALLY. She had to move in with me for a few weeks. The reason we found the mold was her cleaning lady found it. This was just this fall. They had to put down new carpet and he covered over the mold problem. I just got mom moved out of there. They kept all but 78 dollars of her deposit. Reason they gave is because she smoked. Nothing was ever said about her smoking when she rented the apartment. The charged $100.00 to use an ozone machine...Whats That??? 200.00 to repaint...Remind you this is a small one bedroom apartment. I would think if you repaint it would take out any smoke odor. 100.00 to clean the brand new carpets. Mom had a cleaning lady come in every week. There was nothing wrong with the apartment. DONT RENT HERE!!!!

This place is terrible. They are the most unprofeesional people I have ever met. They are always entering your apartment without permission. Trying to charge you for invisible pets. The security deposit isnt a deposit at all but rather a gift to them cause there isn't a chance of getting it back. The quality of these apartments is deplorable. I'd rather have lived in a old trailer over this place I'm sure it would have been better built. Roofs leak, drywall finishing is junk, carpet is the cheapest on the market. Terrible, terrible place to live.

Don't ever rent these apartments!! The management is rude and very unprofessional!! The rent is high and they don't maintain the property well at all!! Also when you move out...beware they will gouge you with charges for nothing!! I had a small stain on my carpet that was faintly pink...and they charged me over $500 just to replace the carpet in one room!! Ridiculous!! The carpet is so awful that when you vacuum it it falls apart!! It clogged up my vacuum so many times i almost had to buy a new one. With the money they charged me to carpet just the bedroom...they probably have enough carpet to do the entire complex!! Also you better pay the extra $75 a month for a garage...because if you don't you wont have anywhere to park!! and if you don't park in a space (which there is never any open at night anyways) there is always a risk of being towed at your expense!! Oh and another thing...don't expect them to verify that you lived there when you go to get another apartment...cause they wont. They will not even tell you who even owns the place to get any information. I actually had to go back months and show my new apartment copies of cashed checks because they would not verify residency that I lived there for a year....and one of the ladies that works there is extremely rude and doesn't know a thing about what is going on!! So take it from me...this place is not worth the money at all!!

This apartment is way over priced, I pay 800 a month for a 3 bedroom, that is a house payment or you can rent a house for A LOT cheaper than that. The rules here are ridiculous, and they are constantly in your business, its like being in high school. They dont even plow the driveways so on those days that it snows alot be prepared to be shoveling your car out! Everything is so cheaply made, When you vacuum the carpet falls apart, the paint runs off the walls when you wash them, the cupboards are junk, and if you dont hold the toilets down for 5 minutes they dont flush. On top of that there is no cupboard space. The rules here change like weather, and so does the management, so if one person tells you one thing, it may not be the case with the next. The management and will talk about the tenants with other tenants, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I havent met anyone that enjoys living here yet. Maybe you will but are you will to go through all this to find out?
