Operational for more than 20 years, Lake Erie Frozen Foods Co. has been offering different types of products, such as onion rings and chips, pepperinos, mushrooms, zucchini planks, cheese sticks and cubes among others. The company has 20,000 square feet of production space, 10,000 of which is United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) inspected as well as equipped with two full stainless steel production lines. It offers approximately 100 different products and package sizes to over 250 distributors, including Sysco, US Foods, Bellisimo, Unipro, PFG and Nugget Houses.
