Ask them what happens when THEY bring BEDBUGS into your home? Nothing.. Their head office won't answer phone calls from you nor will they answer Terminex phone calls after they tell them something has to be done NOW. They infested my grand childrens home with bedbugs and won't pay to have it exterminated. I gave them 1 star rating because it won't let me post other wise.
