BEWARE***** I had an appointment today at noon. He knew where I lived (townhome for electric purposes), what type of dog and his weight. He showed up got back in his mobile and looked at me and drove away. I was standing on my stairs with my dog. I tried calling him and texting him with no response. So unprofessional. He could of at least told me why he left. If my 6 month old great dane was not what he expected he should of at least told me.
Totally would of understood but I also told him all this before he confirmed the appointment. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had made the reservation last week and he confirmed and he was even 15 minutes late as well.
