Horrible customer service!!! Lost a very important button off the outside of my husbands Navy uniform! Denied losing it, but in the same breath knew the exact uniform and the approximate day I brought it in. Said it was already missing the button but also said if I brought it in, she would find the button for it!!! If u didn't lose it and it was missing when I brought it there, how would u be able to locate the button and give it to me?!!! There aren't many Navy uniforms that come in there I am sure, so how would u have this unique gold button with and a specific pattern on the front?!!! Never had a problem before this but the fact that she lied and didn't offer any kind of discount or refund is just ridiculous! She pretty just said sorry bout ur luck!!!

Excellent and friendly. We had a down comforter that we had to get cleaned *same day* -- and they went out of their way to make it happen. Finished it in 4 hours, for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Good dry cleaners-- they take care of my clothes and sew on missing buttons. The tailor is top notch and does a great job on alterations.
