if i told my best friend about this place it would be to tow your truck in 100 miles in any direction to avoid them they are thieves and should be treated as such and thats by avoidance i have nothing positive from either experience here and their service manager needs a lesson in customer etiquette

I'm rebutting this inappropriate review, due to the fact that this customer was treated with the utmost efficiency concerning his need for repairs with a time restrain. If fact, his truck was towed to our shop with no previous warning or appointment, with a driveshaft lying next to the truck. When we arrived at 7:30 and hearing his urgency to deliver his load, we moved some people around to accommodate his needs. The yoke was damaged and 4 bolts destroyed. He was persistent in saving the yoke, so we pulled our machinist from another job to try to salvage to yoke, but after 45 minutes we decided it was beyond repair. Our parts room located a yoke in Williamsport (60 miles away) with no one available to run for it, we gave him a vehicle to run for the yoke and get it. When he returned he also had and wanted a carrier bearing installed. Because of the time frame we had two technicians finish the job so he could make his load. He paid with a CC and then start complaining about the labor charge, with no regards to the fact that we made room for him in an already crowded shop, gave him a vehicle (no charge), worked with-in his time restrictions, and charged only for he requested. As far as my Service Managers “customer etiquette”, Tim doesn’t sweet coat anything, but he never lies to a customer either, and when it came time for the customer to leave, his truck, which was in such poor mechanical condition, wouldn’t start because the batteries were dead, and Tim the Service Manager had to wheel out our battery charger and an extension cord to get it started ON HIS OWN TIME, at no-charge. If it had been at any other shop, he would have had to wait for an opening, and would have cost him more, but that's why we've be here for a total of 62 years. We have a compassion for stranded customers.
