I HAD BEEN a customer for over five years and the service and quality of work was great . I am partially disabled so I have to have help in doing certain things like taking my clothes to the dry cleaners I brought a suit in for cleaning and taking the cuffs up some . When I got the clothes back there was a cigarette burn hole in one leg right above where the cuff was raised. so I sent the pants and receipt back with the person who had picked them up for me to show the business people what I found. When they got there and talked to the person in charge on duty , the person on duty looked at the whole and laugh .. they asked them what they planned to do about the hole in the pants , and the person in charge on duty laughed and said that they could fix them for fifteen dollars but the leg would be shorter than the other . otherwise they would do nothing to straighten the situation out.
