Provided by YP.comMy experience at this location @ 2:15pm this afternoon was pathetic, unprofessional and disrespectful. I tried to order through the drive threw and a voice from the intercom said that it wasn't working and asked me to come in and order at the register. I then parked and went in. I went to the register and nobody was there. I then waited at the pick-up section. Then too young girls started talking to a young black man that had just returned with a cashier tray. The black man asked if I had ordered because he didn't see me order. I told him what the voice said over the drive though intercom. The black man then stated I just can't deal with that right now (referring to the drive through window). When I was finally getting my order the same black man told an employee "The order is for that fat guy".

Provided by YP.comALERT TO ALL TRAVELERS ON I-95!!! I recently stopped at the Bojangles located on Exit 89 off I-95. 1338 Tunnel Road, Ashland, Virginia on Sunday, January 21st at between approximately 4:30 – 5:00 pm. I ordered my food from the drive-thru and handed the female worker my credit card. While waiting for my food, I did notice that the window cashier was taking a little bit of time returning my card and the guy was was preparing the food kept giving me weird looks.
The next day, I received a call from my credit card company asking me to authorize some recent transactions on my card. I had just recently activated the card. I had all of the normal transactions that I had made for my trip that day; gas and Bojangles. Now there is a charge of $300 worth of groceries? There were also some other pending charges on my account. Again, I stress. That I had just received and had activated the card and the only time the card had left my possession was at the Bojangles drive-thru. This now explains why the lady at the window took so long with my card. It also explains why perhaps the guy cooking the food kept giving me a weird stare through the window. They are skimming travelers credit card information.
Luckily for me, I was able to exactly pinpoint when I did not have possession of my card. I can only image how many other people they have taken advantage of who are traveling up and down I-95. So if you are traveling, live in the area, and have stopped at this restaurant, I do advise you to immediately check your account statements and report the activity immediately. I did attempt the contact the store manager at the number that is listed on their website (804) 368-0872. The number just continuous rings, and then it says “the cell phone subscriber you are trying to reach is unavailable.” I also called Bojangles corporate office about the issue. They said that action will be taken, but I fail to believe that.
