Poor Customer Service!

My recent visit to this location was very unpleasant for the following reasons;



My Neighbor to whom I was riding with, order several sandwiches, my neighbor ask specifically for the cheese on her sandwiches to be melted, while at the 2nd drive through window, as she was making her payment, we overheard several cooks loudly shouting and complaining about my neighbors request to her cheese melted on her sandwiches.



The drive through attendant advised them that the customers overheard them and their behavior was unprofessional.



After that incident and receiving our food, the cooks still failed to melt the cheese on the sandwiches as requested.



POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
