I pulled to the drive thru at 1:46 yesterday and ordered a pumpkin spice latte, 3 vanilla steamers and 1 hot chocolate. It came to almost $11. I finally got to the window at 2:03pm with no apology for the sit she asks for the money. I read a sign that said buy one holiday drink get one which I had not seen coming in so I asked if I could get my free drink. She said that I didn't order it between 2-5 and they can't give free drinks unless I asked when I ordered. I replied but I've been waiting for 20 min. So the manager comes over and says she can give me the lesser of the drinks I bought like the kids steamer. I said but I bought a holiday drink that's a grande and it doesn't say the lesser of the drinks. She said well it is and poking spice isn't a holiday drink. I answered but its only her for the holiday. She smiled and said yes! I drove away and do not plan on going back. Very dissatisfied by their customer service. Not even for the extra drink but the whole manner in which I was given the run around instead of just saying sorry for your wait
