I grew up in Ashland, and currently reside in southern Wisconsin. I ordered flowers for my mom in attempt to get well. My complaint is in regard to the older lady on taking the order. I felt that they were very short with me, didn't offer suggestions, and kind of made me feel like they were to busy to take the order.i felt rushed and I mean my mom is sick in the hospital and I'm feeling like they don't care. It's all about taking the order and that's it. Lady was kind of rude. Took my credit card info and didn't even tell me the total. I had to call back and waited for her to get on the phone. I won't order from here again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The flower delivery girl was super nice and flowers were nice, just think service is the most important part. Don't order from here.
