Xcel Energy is the worst electric company to deal with. I have called and talked to people about putting notes on my account and I call back and there was no information on my account saying I talked to anybody so my servicegot interrupted I called them back they said I am going to have to wait 24 hours to get it back on (because of there mistake) another time I had moved to a new house and called to get my service started and they would not turn our service on because of previous tenants so we jumped through hoops to prove we had just moved in, still two weeks later we still had no power, after calling and faxing and calling and waiting I got angry they sent an emergency truck to my house at 10 pm two weeks after fighting with these people living with no power with my kids I finally got electricity. I would rate xcel energy a big ZERO stars.
