Brought a clean, white dress to be pressed. Picked it up and immediately noticed black smudge on dress. Pointed it out without being rude. Man said I don't know... we didn't even clean it and proceeded to continue requesting payment. I paid and told him i'll never return. He had no response. Don't bring your clothes here unless you want them to be ruined. Horrible customer service. Didn't even offer to try getting it off.
