Do not attempt to contact nor use this company. Two years ago we paid them $1000 for a headstone for our parents grave to be installed at Edgewood Cemetery. They have still not done so and have refused to respond to us in over a year. A year ago the owner promised to complete the stone and he has not responded to us since. We are taking legal action against him and are filing a fraud report with the Ashtabula police. It is a shame that the owner has taken a respected company established in the 1860's and ruined it. Do not use this company. If I could give a zero star rating I would.
