Everyone behind the counter was pleasant and polite. But when I tried paying with a gift card I was given, it wouldn't swipe. After multiple tries, the manager was brought over, and rather than trying to find a solution to the issue, she requested another form of payment. Upon my request to try to manually enter the gift card or find another way of making it work, she said they were too busy and didn't have time. After apologizing and letting them know I was not blaming this on them, she insinuated I was being dishonest and rude to her employees. After these accusations, I chose to leave without purchasing the sandwiches, she let us walk out of the store without the sandwiches. Then loudly questioned to other employees (and the whole store), whether we had purchased our other items. This manager provided the worst costoner service i have ever encountered, after being publicly embarrassed, I will not be returning, recommending, or supporting this establishment.
