Got a beautiful gown and veil for my daughter. Most associate s were very helpful and friendly, however one acted like we were wasting her time and didn't really engage with us until other associates joined in.

Just recently made an appointment to find my bridal gown. They gave me a consultant who was also helping 2 other women. I had to have my bridesmaids help me into dresses because our consultant was too busy. When she did come along it was to stuff me in a dress too small. My bridesmaids ended up finding my dresses for me to try on and i ended up falling in love with one and buying it. The dresses are nice and within everyones budget but the help was not there. I thought being a bride that it would have been a more exciting experience. Instead it was stressful.

I went to David's Bridal for bridesmaid, flower girl and miniature brides dresses and our consultant was extremely helpful. I went with my mom, two older sisters and my 5 year old niece. She was very attentive and patient. We must have tried on 15 different dresses and she never seemed irritated or impatient. When it came time for my niece to try her dress on she made her feel very important and on our way home she told me she felt like a princess. She also helped my mom pick out a mother of the bride dress. About a week after our first appointment I received a handwritten card from the consultant saying how much she enjoyed meeting us and how she was looking forward to helping the rest of the girls. I live 2 hours away and when I go there it's usually last minute and they are always very good about getting me an appointment while I am in Green Bay. I would definitely recommend this David's Bridal!

As a Native American woman who is currently serving in Iraq, and does not have the time to come in for measurements or whatever else I may have needed, I sent my mother and my sister to Davids Bridal on Saturday 24th of May to get fitted and make a payment in full for both mine and my sisters dresses for the wedding of my little brother dated for August 29, 2008. My mother and sister were both treated with disrespect and very bad customer service, and it disappoints me to know that my brother who is currently serving in the United States Airforce and whose fiance is getting ready to go to Boot Camp for the United States Marine Corp actually kept their business with you. It was difficult enough to place a time for this wedding to work out for everybody, seeing that we are all in different parts of the world, and it just angers me to know they were treated this way. I'm not going to be home until a week before my little brother's wedding so my mother simply brought another dress that I had used for a wedding last year to get my fittings from that, but since they refused, I now have to find a way to get the measurements another way. I know it may seem like such an easy task, but try finding a clothing tape measure in the middle of nowhere, Iraq and tell me how easy that is?? If it was up to me I wouldn't even do business with you, but it's in the hands of my brother's fiance who is already having a difficult enough time planning everything before she leaves to serve for such Racist people like the employees of Davids bridal.
