Whatever you do don't use this company's services. They violate the FCC rules for telemarketing. They block their caller ID information so you cannot tell who they are. A direct violation. If you ask if the call is a sales call they say no. They use the tactic that they are trying to save me money.



Here is the law from the FCC website. You must turn this feature off when making the calls so they know this rule and are not abiding.



Caller Identification (ID)



If you have caller ID, a telemarketer is required to transmit or display its phone number and, if available, its name or the name and phone number of the company for which it is selling products. The display must include a phone number that you can call during regular business hours to ask that the company no longer call you. This rule applies even if you have an EBR with the company, and even if you have not registered your home phone number(s) on the national Do-Not-Call list. Before these rules took effect, the words “private,” “out of area,” or “unavailable” might have appeared on the Caller ID display.



I am on the National Do Not Call Registry and they still call me. You call Kirk's cell phone at 970-948-6254 and you get the same voicemail you will get if you call their main number.
