Provided by YP.comWe love the new Clark's remodel. However, during checkout my finger got caught on a defective grocery cart. When I brought the problem with the cart to the grocery checker's attention, she became irritated and rude. I could not believe her disrespectful behavior. She was sarcastic, she rolled her eyes, and she flung my items past the scanner with excessive force. Never before have I experienced such behavior from a checker. I submitted a written report of this upsetting experience to Clark's through their website, but they did not respond. As nice as the new Clark's facility is, the overall experience is better at Roxy's or City Market.
