Robert Boltz, owner, initially agreed to replace plants that died, and fix hardscape paver issues and other problems but he now refuses to even return e-mails and phone calls. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and considering other legal avenues. My advice in general is to think twice about selecting small mom and pop landscapers. I suspect anyone can use the title of “Landscaper” but only established, proven business can be expected to follow good and ethical business practices and honor their warranties.
