So the guys working at this place are so incompetent that they didn't even try and up-sell me on the service I needed, leading to significant damage to my car. I had a flat tire and, since my tires already had 23k miles, I figured I would get a used one and replace the lot in 10-15k more miles. So they sell me one tire - fine. Two months (and only 2k miles) later, I notice there is a giant bulge in the side of the replaced tire. They say "no guaranty on used tires." I take it to a real tire shop, at which point they say, "Since you have an AWD car, you always need to replace both tires on the axle." I researched it and it checks out - awd cars need to have identically worn tires on both sides of an axle. So they do a check of my axle, and it shows damage from the tire imbalance. My desire to save $75 by buying used lead to a $1k+ repair.
