Great experience the very first time. I had ordered an ionizer online for pickup at this location. I live in Bay Shore, Long Island. I thought this would be a warehouse or some shipping/receiving location. Parking was a big issue because I didn't know there is a parking lot under the building on 33rd St. But once I got to the office, I was there for the next 3 hours, of my own choice. The staff was lovely. It is a nice setup for visitors to tryout different levels of Kangen Water, use and see different machines. There was plenty of educational material, and there were classes, seminars, and demos scheduled. I decided to stay for a demo. I loved it. Met some very nice entrepreneurs. Love the experience.
