Provided by YP.comI've lived in Japan twice. This is some of the most inspired, delicious and inventive Japanese cuisine I have ever tasted. This is not predictable Japanese food it tantalises and moves beyond what you might expect. Mark is a remarkable chef and I think he is destined for greatness.
