I would give this negative stars if I could. Like infinity negative stars. PLEASE READ IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LAUNDRY. I am quite busy and like most of you drop off my laundry because I simply don't have time. I dropped it off twice. First - underwear went missing. Second time - I get a call at 9 AM from someone with broken english saying they messed up my laundry. Fast forward to 9 PM and Im having to sift through my laundry and pick out someone else's boxers dirty female underwear, and etc., from my laundry. Fast forward to 10 PM notice there is still clothing missing - go back in to pick up another POUND of clothing which was still in someone ELSEs laundry. Instead of being apologetic the owner tells me I have no life for coming back to get my laundry. This is a disgusting excuse for a business - there is no way in hell these reviews aren't fake. I wouldn't wish this on anyone so that is why I am writing this.

The best smelling drop-off laundry service in this zip code, hands down. So glad I found this place!!
