The trainers are quiet enthusiasm, the atmosphere and environment condition are nice too. Also they have some lit music that keep pushing me forward.🥊🤛💦💪

Joining ILKB Astoria is the best decision I've ever made! I'm not a big gym person and I really wanted to do something different that helped with my stress and get me active. Everyone is there to do the same thing which is punch bags and get fit! The atmosphere is extremely positive and all the instructors are welcoming and willing to help you out. The place is clean and organized. Each month there are fun events, challenges, and hashtags. Absolutely worth it.

This gym is clean, well-maintained, with good instructors who care about you keeping good form during your classes. After my plantar fascia surgery, I had a hard time finding exercises that I enjoyed as much as running. I signed up here with a Groupon and it was so much fun. It’s a challenging workout and I always feel a lot better than I did when I came in. Worth the money, if you can budget it out. I’m very glad I am a member here.

So far so good! I have only been to two classes so far, but I've already signed up for a class pass. I was so sore after day one that I know I will be seeing results soon. Tas was great getting me signed up, and my personal trainer helped me out a lot during my first session. Everyone is very friendly & welcoming, and I'm excited to be a part of the community!

I found Ilovekickboxing.com in one of the many advertisements that pop out in face book, I was boring of being at home doing exercise by watching videos and I decide to go there and give it a chance.... I took the 19.90 deal of three clases + gloves ... It was not necessary to finish the three classes!!!! The place its AWSOME!!! The training and the trainers are so good that you can feel the workout since the very first dayyyy!!! ... I totally recommended!!! It's the best place to train!!!
