A friend told my daughter to try this company word of mouth who used them many years ago. My daughter is a high executive for a Fortune 500 company in Manhattan looking to rent or purchase in Queens. This companies listings changed her mind. When she searched their listings, every single building they represent have 20, 30, 40, 50+++ and even more OPEN complaints with the city. She can't in good faith work with them after a full day of searching their horrible listings. She also called them and didn't receive a call back in 48 hours. She is used to living in an upper east side Manhattan brownstone that handles any rare problems the tenants have, immediately. She's staying put until she finds something special with a reputable realtor. WOW were the multiple buildings full of horrible problems!
