Hi, My name is Maggie and I take both my babies, Remy and Mollie to Pet Star grooming. I have been with Pet Start years now and I have never been disappointed with their grooming. I would not let anyone else groom my babies. They do a great job in grooming. My babies look and smell amazing. They are prompt when calling for pick up. I love the staff, friendly, professional and funny. The cost is less than most places in NY. I moved further away from Pet Start but I still bring my babies there even if I need to take car service to and from.

I wont recommend them to anyone. I wasn't happy with the service at all. 1st the Asian woman there was extermerly rude; she needs a lesson on how to speak to ppl (customer servie is important). 2nd, they are very expensive for no reason. I have a 2.2 lb Yorkie pup & they charged me $45 for a botch hair cut. 3rd, I asked for a Yorkie puppy cut & what I got was a chopped up mess, he looks like a rat. They didn't bother to blend in his hair cut. They suck, I will post everywhere that they suck & will past the bad word to all my dog owner friends. I also left them a message telling them how unhappy I was with there service. I hope I get a call back to give them a piece of my mind.
